For its fortieth anniversary, the Association Française d’Arbitrage – Association For Arbitration – selected the following topic for its annual conference: “The Legal Status of Administered Arbitration”, presented by Professor Charles JARROSSON, Professor at the University of Paris II and Editor-in-chief of the Revue de l’arbitrage.
