Scale of the Mediator\u2019s fees and AFA administrative expenses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Article 1: Registration Duty<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Article 1- \u00a71<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any referral for an AFA mediation request shall be accompanied with a filing fee of 1000 euros in accordance with article 2- \u00a72 of the AFA Mediation Rules<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This filing fee is payable equally between the parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 2: Mediator\u2019s fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Article 2- \u00a71<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Subject to the limits laid down in paragraph 2 and the AFA \u2018s approval, the mediator\u2019s fees shall be fixed, when he is appointed, on the time spent basis of a reasonable hourly rate determined by the AFA depending on the complexity of the dispute and any other relevant circumstances after consultation with the latter and the partie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 2- \u00a72<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In all cases, the hourly rate as fixed by the AFA in paragraph 1 falls within the following limits:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
