AFA proposes on January 18th, 2017 from 7 pm till 10 pm at the Maison du Barreau à Paris a training on the theme: «Cross-examination of witnesses: When the commow law comes to the civil-law». Marie Danis (August and Debouzy) and Caroline Duclercq (Altana), will lead this training with Pierre Duprey (Linklaters), and Peter Rosher (Pinsent Masons), Solicitor of England and Wales. They will share their experience of cross-examination as counsel and as arbitrator in particular in common law arbitrations. More information here.
